Our company's KT-1.2 series sunflower seed dehulling line mainly includes processing links such as dehulling, cleaning, dehulling, recycle returning, screening, transportation, and is equipped with dust removal and electrical control systems. Feed the cleaned sunflower seeds from the feeding hopper, lift them by the elevator and enter the dehulling machine. After hulling, they pass through the conveyor screen and enter the front air-aspiration. Light impurities (skins) enter and discharged by the cyclone collector through the air suction and duct. The rest enter the vibration screening machine, and the seed that have not been separated after screening enter the elevator through the return conveyor before participating in dehulling again. The mixed materials enter the inclined separation screen and are separated by the inclined separation screen. The grains that are not detached on the inclined separation screen enter the elevator through the air separation return system and participate in the hulling process again; Qualified materials (sunflower kernels) are directly fed into the bagging box after multiple oblique separation screens. During this process, adjust the control handle of the damper and the adjusting handwheel of the inclined separation screen according to the situation.
