5XZC-200 Mini-type Seed cleaner
This equipment is specially developed for the small-scale seed and grain unit to clean and process. It can be used for wind-selection and screen cleaning of crop grains for the purpose of selection, and can also be used as a classifier. This machine can be applied to the processing and selecting of various seeds and crops by changing the sieve, especially suitable for the cleaning and processing of vegetable seeds. The machine is composed of vibration screening device, air suction device, a feeding device and a bracket device. It has the advantages of mini-type, simple operation and high processing clarity. The machine can easy to clean, effectively prevent mixing and ensure the purity of seeds. The screening rubber ball is made of special formula. The elastic strength is greatly improved compared with the traditional rubber ball, and it is resistant to low temperature and aging, and can ensure a good cleaning effect. The sieve is made of galvanizing steel and completed by computer automatic punching with a good ability of rust prevention and precision.
- The machine works with 3 sieve levels, The sieve are cleaned on ball frames, with rubber balls.
- The rubber ball sifting structure complies with international standards, rubber ball is highly elastic, endures and long lasting.
- The volume of air is variable and adjusted from minimum to maximum by a controlling handle, assuring very accurate cleaning and sorting of seeds. The blower has a very stable and reproducible output.
- Transparent inspection windows for easy inspection and clean out.

- No wooden frames on the sieves where seeds can hide.
Feeding and Air-suction.
Put the seeds into feeding hopper, the seeds will drop down to the air-suction channel, and then flow to the first sieve. The Air suction volume is adjustable by hand very easy and accurate separation without loss of seeds in the air flow.
In the air-suction, the seeds are sorted by weight, the dust and lightest impurity are carried upwards with the air stream and fall down in the dust collector. The heavy seed will fall down in the firstly sieve.
Sieving(3 layer sieve).
The overflow impurity which large than good seeds from first sieve leaves the machine and discharge to the outlet. The seeds dropped through fall on the second sieve for the next sieving. The overflow of the second sieve leaves the machine at the outlet, The seeds dropped through fall on the bottom sieve, smaller than the desired size drop through and are eliminated through outlet. The overflow seeds of bottom sieve have the desired size and are transported to the front outlet of machine.

Note: The capacities may vary depending on seed condition, moisture content, seed varieties, types and volumes of contaminants to be separated and percentage of foreign material acceptable in the final product.
Light impurities: mainly including grain skin, grain husk, somestraw and dust, etc.
Large impurities: mainly including impurities whose overall dimension is larger than that of seeds, such as some larger straws, soil blocks, etc.
Small impurities: small rods, broken seed, sand and other small impurities.
The 5XZC Series Air screen seed cleaner is suitable for processing various crops and all granular materials. Especially for rice seed, beans, sesame, wheat and other crops, the cleaning effect is better.
Q1: What is seed cleaning?
Ans: This is the process of removal of any foreign material or low quality, infected seeds and different crop varieties. Seed cleaning is that segment of the seed industry responsible for upgrading seed & improving planting condition of seed .This help in increasing the quality of the seeds hence ensuring increase in Farm productivity.
Q2: When should seed cleaning be carried out?
Ans: Seeds should be cleaned immediately after harvest. If the seeds are very moist and cleaning is done by machines, it may be necessary to dry the seeds within 12 - 16% moisture content before cleaning to prevent damage.
Q3: How should cleaning be done?
Ans:Cleaning should be done in a way that causes the least damage to the seed and does not waste good seeds.
Q4: Is seed cleaning something I can do myself to reduce costs?

Ans: It depends on whether you have order single machin or complete plant, but generally speaking it takes only three week time after the receipt of order.
Q7: Capacity mentioned on the machines are input or output capacity?
Ans: Capacity mentioned on the machinery is the total amount of seed/grain machines it can handle per hour and in other words it is input capacity.
