5TC-10 Paddy De-Awner
5TC-10 Paddy de-awner is mainly a flexible kneading machine, which uses the friction force between materials to realize the rice seed awning removal, adjusts the reasonable speed and the pressure of the outlet cover plate to control the kneading force between materials in the cylinder, and removes the shells, awns, thorns, and sharp points attached to the materials.
After the material is fed, the feeding amount of the material is controlled by the feeding bucket insert plate. The grain storage in the barrel can be controlled through the pressure adjustment of the grain outlet cover plate, so as to avoid the overload burning of the motor caused by too much grain storage, and the required kneading force between materials will not be reached if the grain storage is too small, which will affect the processing effect and reduce the awn removal rate.
★ Use and maintenance: The cylinder adopts upper and lower shell mechanism, which is convenient for maintenance.
★ Low damage rate: Adopt flexible nail tooth structure to reduce damage rate.
★ Convenient cleaning: A cleaning door is set at the bottom of the cylinder to realize rapid cleaning and prevent mechanical mixing.
★ Compact structure: Equipped with a fixed adjusting lead screw to cooperate with the traveling wheel equipment to run smoothly and move conveniently.
After harvesting rice seeds, the awning of the seeds not only causes trouble for processing and planting, but also shortens the storage time of the seeds, affecting their quality and quantity. Therefore, in order to facilitate processing, storage, and sowing, as well as ensure the quality of seeds, it is necessary to remove awning.
