The sorting principle of a seed grading machine is based on the geometric dimensions of the seeds. Since different species and cultivars exhibit varying size characteristics, selecting and replacing sieve plates of appropriate specifications allows the machine to meet the required sorting criteria.
The CLX series magnetic separator operates by passing grain and any entrained soil clumps through a closed, high‑intensity magnetic field at an appropriate speed. As the material is ejected, differences in the strength of the magnetic attraction cause it to be thrown farther or closer, thereby separating the grain from the soil.
