The DTY Series of Seed/grain bucket elevator is used for continuous vertical lifting operation of granular and small lump stocks. This bucket elevator is extensively applied to lift bulk stocks for feeding stuff plants, flour mill, and starch factory and grain depot of different scale.

1. Head part: This part guides and discharges seeds or other dry materials.

2. Drive device: The power is transmitted to the machine head through a motor and V-belt.

3. Barrel part: The mechanical trunk is equipped with an observation window.

4. Traction device: Installed inside the machine, the plastic dustpan scrapes seeds or other dry materials and lifts them to the machine head through the operation of the belt.

5. Machine base: The guide of the traction device and the tension adjustment mechanism of the belt are located here, and there is a feeding port connected to the feeding hopper and a bottom cleaning machine insertion plate.

6. Feeding bucket device: Temporarily stores seeds or other dry materials, and is equipped with a gate and locking mechanism to adjust the feeding amount.

7. Support part: Support the entire elevator. Equipped with a mobile wheel for easy movement and equipped with counterweights to prevent tipping.
