DPCZ-II Amylose analyzer is a fast and on-line instrument. it's used to measure the amount of amylase content in the sample of wheat (or flour), rice (or rice noodle), corn and so on. It was developed based on spectrophotometer and computer technology. And has the advantages of the high sensitivity, good stablility, highly automated and good repeatability. The system software running on windows operation system, and it has a simple, convenient, and friend user interface. This instrument will provide an advanced and efficient tool for grain and food production departments to improve the level of detection, to effectively control the qulity and cost of grain, as well as to reduce the unnecessary waste.
The hardware system is composed of DPCZ-II Amylograph instrument and a computer. The system provides RS-232 interface and cable for communication between the instrument and the PC, so data collection and data transmission will be controlled by the system software.
