5XFZ-25QC1S Combination seed cleaner um double gravity table and wheat huller
This machine is a combination type seed cleaning machine with large capacity, high purity and low processing cost, which is especially suitable for grain storage enterprises.
It can effectively remove light impurities by dual-wind aspiration, impurities with light bulk density by dual-gravity table, impurities with large and small size by vibration screener.
Light impurities: mainly including grain skin, grain husk, somestraw and dust, etc.
Imperfect seeds: mainly including moth eaten, mildew, pathological changes, underdeveloped, poor grain and other bad seeds. Also some straw objects.
Large impurities: mainly including impurities whose overall dimension is larger than that of seeds, such as some larger straws, soil blocks, etc.
Small impurities: small rods, broken seed, sand and other small impurities.
The 5XFZ-25Q Series combination seed cleaner is suitable for processing various crops and all granular materials. Especially for wheat, rice seed, sesame, flaxseed, sunflower seed and other crops with small bulk density, the effect is better.
- Processing process: air separation (primary)→air separation (secondary)→gravity table(primary)→gravity table(secondary)→Vibration screener. More scientific and standardized processing flow.
- Double Air suction part: use the aerodynamic characteristics to remove dust and light impurities, adopt the front and rear double suction duct structure, convenient air volume control, with cyclone duster.
- Double Gravity table part: positive pressure type gravity table, in accordance with the density separation principle to remove the less light impurities such as immature seed, germinated seed, moldy seeds, diseased seeds, moth eaten grain, etc.
- Screening part(Optional): The three or four layers screen structure of the vibrating screen is used to remove large and small impurities. It is equipped with rubber ball screen cleaning mechanism to prevent sieve hole from blocking. The vibration motor is used as the source. The magnitude and direction angle of vibration can be adjusted, and the frequency is 960 times / min. it has high reliability and long service life.
