The TPKZ-3 intelligent seed biological character analysis system is based on image recognition technology, which can measure the quantity, thousand/hundred-grain weight, water content, color, average grain type, and grain type data of seeds such as corn, rice, wheat, soybean, rapeseed, vegetables, etc. It reduces manual operation, reduces human error, simplifies the operation process, and obtains all measurement results with one click.

This system is mainly used for crop yield measurement in agricultural fields and research on seed biological characteristics.

Functional characteristics.

1. High-definition imaging: equipped with ultra-thin backlight board, built-in LED fill light, seed tray with calibration function, and seeds without shadows
2. Speed: 6S/sample.
3. Detection range: 50-1500 conventional grains (rice, wheat, etc.) and 1000-10000 small grains (rape, sesame, etc.).
4. Accuracy: round seeds ±0.1%, long seeds ±0.3%, can be monitored and corrected to 100%, and the error of grain type ≤0.3%.
5. Data accuracy: the errors of average area, average perimeter, average length and average width are less than 0.5%.
6. Data storage: EXCEL tables can be exported, or can be saved in large quantities at the same time. It supports the local view and export of tables to the PC side for viewing.
7. Color analysis: Using recognized RGB values to represent the color of the target seed, it has self-learning and relearning functions for comparing and analyzing the target color and shape.
