5TC-10 Rice Seed Deawner is mainly a flexible kneading machine, which uses the friction force between materials to realize the rice seed awning removal, adjusts the reasonable speed and the pressure of the outlet cover plate to control the kneading force between materials in the cylinder, and removes the shells, awns, thorns, and sharp points attached to the materials.


After the material is fed, the feeding amount of the material is controlled by the feeding bucket insert plate. The grain storage in the barrel can be controlled through the pressure adjustment of the grain outlet cover plate, so as to avoid the overload burning of the motor caused by too much grain storage, and the required kneading force between materials will not be reached if the grain storage is too small, which will affect the processing effect and reduce the awn removal rate.
